About us

MK Irish Youth is the junior section of Milton Keynes Irish Football Club, based in Bletchley. We’re a community-first club built on respect, hard work and enjoyment—creating a welcoming place for young players to learn the game, make friends and represent their team with pride.

From first kicks through to competitive football, our youth pathway supports children across multiple age groups, with opportunities to train, play and develop in a positive, structured environment. The club also hosts youth football events and tournaments, helping bring teams and families together for great weekends of grassroots football.

Our approach

• Player development: Helping each child improve their technique, confidence, decision-making and love for football.
• Positive coaching: Encouraging effort, teamwork and good sportsmanship on and off the pitch.
• Inclusive community: A friendly setup where players of different abilities can enjoy the game and feel supported.
• Clear progression: A pathway that helps players grow through age groups with the right level of challenge and support.
